Discover the world of mathematical research<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The ETEAM is a team competition for high-school students. Its aim is to give them an initial insight into mathematical research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accompanied by a teacher or mathematician, the students have several months to research open mathematical problems, for which the authors do not necessarily have a definite solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After producing written contributions, the teams gather for a week to debate and discuss their solutions in front of a panel of mathematics researchers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are qualified in mathematics, computer science, or physics, coach a team of 4 to 6 high-school students<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you’re a mathematician (researcher, teachers, graduate student), evaluate the teams’ solutions and presentations<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you are qualified in mathematics, join the Scientific Organisation Committee to create open-ended problems which are accessible to high-school students<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
