Fees
For the year 2026, participation fees are settled to 500€ per participating student (3,000€ per team of 6 students). The ETEAM is free for team leaders.
In order to keep the conference as accessible as possible, the MOC will grant reductions to students according to the following criteria (within the limits of the funds collected through sponsorships and donations):
- having a national selection process
- being part of the first team from a country to participate in the ETEAM
- gender parity
- team leaders bringing sponsors to the ETEAM
- social diversity
- ecological considerations (e.g. travelling by train)
- other situation (to be specified by the team or student)
